Really please with the Mini Countyman that I recently purchased. The car was in lovely condition and was presented clean and tidy fashion when I went to view it. The process of buying a car with FCS is professional, efficient, and one that as a buyer I had great confidence in. The car was MOTed free of charge (the team would have rectified any advisories prior to completion of sale), Matt very kindly offered to pick me up from Temple Meads to collect the car, and dealt with the legalities and logistics swiftly. My car came with a free 3-month parts warranty, a complimentary glug of petrol, and a thorough valet. The second-hand market is full of cowboys. FCS is genuine. Matt I just wanted to drop a short note of thanks. Having been a company car driver for the past 26 years, moving back to private ownership was a daunting task. The service that I’ve received from start to finish, including through the recent COVID-19 lockdown has been nothing short of spectacular. The car I’ve bought is fantastic - almost identical to my last company vehicle, except it comes with a larger engine! The car was immaculate on pick up, having been valeted, with a new full year MOT, new tyres and all the service history it really is incredible. I will certainly take every opportunity to share with friends and colleagues, near and far, how great the service has been. Wow, what a quality service. I have been looking for a BMW for several months but just couldn't find what I was looking for. Someone recommended I try Failand Car Sales and they had the exact car I was looking for and it was even under the price I was willing to pay. Will be going back!

Great experience buying a car from Failand Car Sales ... has lots of quality cars and no pushy selling technique! Was able to road test a few of the cars before settling on the one I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble, would definitiely recommend Failand Car Sales.

I bought a Mini Sidewalk convertible in May, and can't tell you how pleased and happy I am with it. Mr Gazzard priced the car very generously as the car is in such a good condition it could gave gone for more. What I also appreciated was the fact that there was no "hard sell", I was able to look, test drive and make my decision without any sales patter. Would you buy a second hand car from this man??? Too right I would. He is a very honest and decent business man. I wouldn't hesitate sending family or friends to his dealership.

Ive bought 3 cars from this place. And I've sent many people to this garage for vehicles. Ranging from trade in buys to high end and never had any problems at all. All vehicles have been as described and the sales guy very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use failand car sales and will be seeing them again after Xmas for my wife's new car.
